MICHAEL A. ZENO, CPA

With over 40 years of experience in auditing and assurance, Michael brings a wide range of experience and in-depth accounting expertise. As well as serving nonprofit organizations throughout Ohio and West Virginia, Michael works with for-profit clients of varying sizes, from local start-ups to publicly traded companies with operations on a national or international scale. He has advised clients in industries as diverse as banking and financial services, construction, contract food service, and manufacturing. His experience includes assisting clients in numerous mergers and acquisitions, and he has represented both buyers and sellers. Michael takes a client-centric approach to all services he provides, staying informed of the ever-changing rules and regulations affecting the businesses and organizations he serves. He works closely with clients to help them understand and work through the unique and complex accounting matters that impact them.
