LENORE SEIFER

As Director of Human Resources at Snodgrass, Lenore is an experienced human resources executive with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. She has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and thoroughly enjoys working with our employees and helping to positively impact how we work and who we are. Some of her favorite work-related activities are to build connections with our current employees as well as potential interns and associates and help students prepare for interviews.

Lenore is a graduate of Allegheny College. She is actively involved with the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, which is a nationally recognized chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); she served as president of the association in 2022 and was a Board and Executive Committee member from 2020 through 2023.
