BOB HEINRICH, CFIRS
Bob provides expertise in the areas of lending, credit analysis, loan review, and credit risk management.
Prior to joining Snodgrass, Bob was Director of Risk Management and Corporate Secretary with a billion-dollar community bank in Northern Ohio. As Director of Risk Management, Bob was responsible for administration of the Sarbanes-Oxley control process, enterprise risk management, loan review, compliance, and internal audit. In the Corporate Secretary’s role, he administered the company’s insurance program, annual meeting and proxy processes, as well as worked with the Board of Directors on policy administration, credit, and governance. Bob has also served other financial institutions as a controller, operations manager, and general auditor. He has in-depth experience in all areas of bank operations (e.g., deposits, loans, and information technology); accounting including preparation of financial statements; asset/liability and funding; risk management administration and development; pension plan administration; internal audit formation and processes, compliance and regulatory monitoring; plus wealth management/retail brokerage. Bob began his career as a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve System in the areas of safety and soundness, IT, trust, internal controls plus external/internal audit. He has developed training classes on audit, banking, and internal controls for various employers.
