A Culture of Opportunity, a Culture that Cares
While many professional service firms expect associates to work substantially long hours, our firm has always believed that allowing every employee the flexibility to have time with family and friends ultimately results in happier employees and a higher quality product for our clients.
As part of that philosophy, we support a wide variety of charitable organizations and community events, and host several events for employees throughout the year.
A Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Snodgrass believes in a culture that treats all equally, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, and physical abilities. We believe in fair treatment for all people. We embrace all employees and encourage them to make meaningful contributions.
DEI Statement
The firm’s DEI initiatives are applicable—but not limited—to our practices and policies on every aspect of the employee life cycle, as well as opportunities to positively impact not only our employees but the community through the firm’s Philanthropy Committee. The firm requires respectful communication and cooperation between all employees and relies upon both teamwork and employee participation. Additionally, the firm has a long history of offering flexibility for work and life needs.
At S.R. Snodgrass, P.C., all employees have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work (including at the office and at off-site locations, including virtual work), at work functions (whether on-site or off-site), and at all other firm-sponsored and participative events.
