Todd provides over 18 years of financial banking expertise in the areas of enterprise risk management, strategic planning, asset/liability management, organizational design, regulatory work, stress testing, credit work, process improvement, and management assessment.
Prior to joining Snodgrass, Todd was Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for a billion-dollar bank in Western Pennsylvania, Deputy Chief Credit Officer with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, and an accredited federal bank examiner with the Department of Treasury. He has a wealth of experience serving as chairman and member of numerous bank committees, supervising large groups of employees and leading bank/federal directives, and developing innovative analytical tools and approaches throughout his career. He has examined banks throughout the United States during the credit crisis. Todd frequently writes topical articles for various outlets and also presents to various banking trade groups.
